Besides meetings, what does the Club do?
In addition to our General Membership Meetings, the OESC has monthly opportunities for volunteerism and socialization. Our current roster of monthly interest groups or “sub-clubs” includes book club, board game club, coffee club, play date club, quilting club and wine club. Members may participate in as many or as few activities as they wish. On average, we have 6-8 activities each month for members to chose from.
Can I try the Club out?
Guests are welcome to attend any monthly meeting. Guests who are eligible for membership may not attend more than two club functions, including monthly meetings and interest groups or “sub-clubs,” before joining the OESC.

How do I ask for a donation from OESC?
While our three signature projects (bingo, scholarships and Winter Wonderland) receive the majority of our resources, the OESC participates in community outreach and service year-round, with different activities and organizations selected as beneficiaries every year. In 2019, we supported events like the Offutt Air Force Ball, the USSTRATCOM Army Birthday Ball, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony and various efforts related to the recovery from the March flooding.
If you would like to be considered for a volunteer project or a financial contribution, please email [email protected], with the specifics of your request by no later than the last Thursday of the month. Please note that we cannot make financial contributions to individuals or for-profit entities. All requests are evaluated by and voted on by our Executive Board, Board of Governors or membership.
